*Summary:
Understand customer’s need, provide technical advice to them, sell and successfully implement product or service solutions.
Pre-sales activities include analyzing customer’s needs, preparing calculations and recommending solutions. Post sales activities include resolving implementation problems and completing needed procedures to get the job done.
* Responsibilities:
• Sell products and services, using technical knowledge and establishing strong business partnerships with customers.
• Developing the market share in Vietnam in terms of product sales, technical service subject to be assigned by period.
• Focusing on market development, monitoring product sales.
• Draw up proposals, explaining benefits, cost estimates etc.
• Demonstrate and explain product/service to customers.
• Draw up sales/service contract, purchase order.
• Understand competitor activity and accordingly make plans.
• Weekly/monthly/ quarterly/ annually working report & plan.
• Corporate with other departments to get the work done as team contribution
