The Sales Assistant is part of the Commercial team at HQ. The Sales Assistant roles will primarily focus on processing orders and routing them to the appropriate production facility. This subset of orders should require knowledge of international trade. This position will need to utilize ERP systems to process the sales orders, as well as understand how & who to contact at each Department & Production Facility. This position will work closely with the Sales Representative, Account Executive and Operation and Logistics team to fulfill partners / customers needs.
#Key Responsibilities:
•Process sales orders to support all local teams. (SO & PO entry, routing, backorder management, invoicing, maintenance of order related data in ERP system)
•Maintain business files. (Create and maintain soft copy & hard copy file for records, reports, and documents). All administrative safe-keeping within own department.
•Understanding and coordination between internal departments.
•Assist Sales Manager with ad hoc projects and reports as required to support business and objectives.
•Collect require data to establish new customers, modify customer data, price, product description, etc.
