• Develop an effective recruitment process, recruitment and selection of suitable candidates for customer
• Actively look for new clients and seek for job orders
• Search & screen candidates
• Arrange interviews for client & candidates
• Follow up on interview status with both clients and candidates and provide feedback to both parties
• Build, maintain a good relationship with clients and candidates
• Utilize the relationship and ensure trust from clients and candidates to identify potential clients/candidates
• Database development & enrichment, including client and candidate database
• Coaching new team members on soft skills, recruitment techniques, candidate
• Manage all member’s activities &performance
• Advising the Board of Directors on planning the recruitment strategy
• Build a professional, fair and creative work environment
