1. Recruiting Specialist
- Recruitment planning & reporting based on factory manpower plan
- Understanding of recruitment activities and channel in order to advise new methods for effective recruitment (both for DL and IDL)
- Understanding & implementation of recruiting mass number of Female Operator, Technician and Office Worker in provinces
- Participation in any outdoor activities & event school to recruit Female Operator, Technician, Engineer and higher level
2. HR Planning Sepecialist
- - Control headcount of manufacturing
- Understanding about production process
- Assessment of manpower for each production position
- Analyze the situtation of human resource fluctutation
- Control headcount of manufacturing

- Analyze the situtation of human resource fluctutation
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports of HR management such as headcount, labor cost, attrition, absenteeism, etc.
- Execute smoothly the companys policies, regulations, processes, procedures.
