Recruiting & HR Planning Specialist (2 Position)

1. Recruiting Specialist
- Recruitment planning & reporting based on factory manpower plan
- Understanding of recruitment activities and channel in order to advise new methods for effective recruitment (both for DL and IDL)
- Understanding & implementation of recruiting mass number of Female Operator, Technician and Office Worker in provinces
- Participation in any outdoor activities & event school to recruit Female Operator, Technician, Engineer and higher level
2. HR Planning Sepecialist
- - Control headcount of manufacturing
- Understanding about production process
- Assessment of manpower for each production position
- Analyze the situtation of human resource fluctutation
- Control headcount of manufacturing
- Understand about production process
- Assessment of manpower for each production position
- Analyze the situtation of human resource fluctutation
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports of HR management such as headcount, labor cost, attrition, absenteeism, etc.
- Execute smoothly the companys policies, regulations, processes, procedures.

- Can be start working affter Tet holiday
- Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent.

- University graduate and higher
- Gender: Male or Female
- Good command of English (oral & wirtten), Korean is an advantage
- At least 5 years experiences work at same position in Recruitment/ Headcount in FDI manufacturing companies sized from 500 employees
- Deep understanding in one the below fied:
1. Recruitment planning, massive recruitment of Female Operator, Technician, Engineer and higher level in provinces
2. Analyze & control the situation of HR, Labor law and related laws
- Very good use of MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
- Honest, detailed, patient, supportive and can-do attitude
- Good communication and presentation skill
