- Manage and perform tasks in the Human Resource and Administration Department of the Company
- General operator and answer the phone, receive & deliver EMS, fax, correspondence, welcome guests.
- Managing the seal of the Company during office hours.
- Booking hotel, flight ticker and give guideline, support guests as request.
- Be in charge of car arrangement & manage monthly car/ taxi expense.
- Managing correspondence, dispatches, monitoring and controlling office administrative expenses.
- Store and update administrative documents
- Set up Forms, Administrative form, make internal notification.
- Be willing to do other Admin jobs as requested of Board of Director and HR & Admin Manager
