- Manage produciton shift & production employee and be responsible for the quality of corlor thread/ yarn after dyeing to achieve the right color as required

- Proposed improvements to improve quality, reduce costs and safe work

- Supervise and guide staff to follow the production process

- Manage the operation of equipment and hygiene, labor safety workshops, use the equipment and machinery in the most effective way.

- Maintain maintenance, equipment maintenance to prevent, detect and handle equipment incidents.

- Assist the shift manager to perform managerial roles and replace the duties of the shift manager when the shift manager is absent.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the company leader.

- It is not important to get a degree, as long as practical experience meets the requirements.

- Manage laborer in produciton shift

- Know about color mixing work, color coordination to dye on fabric

- Ability to operate and repair dyeing machines

- Know how to mix color, chemical mix

- Enthusiastic, dedicated in the work

- Always in harmony, love, help colleagues

- Do not stop learning, part to become good employees

- Loyalty, bring high efficiency to the company

- Ability to study new formula

- Reach target of production productivity of daily / monthly / yearly ojective

- College, chemical of technology major in dyeing industry
- Good in using English, or Chinese, Microsoft office.
- At least 02 years as the same position.
