- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
- Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications as customer and group requirements.
- Acting as a catalyst for change and improved continuously in performance and quality.
- Control raw materials, semi-finished products and output products, check product reliability, product environment, control inappropriate products with the goal of ensuring stable quality for customers.
- Set requirements for raw materials or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance.
- Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements
- Approve the right products or reject defectives
- Interact with customer and other departments to handle and improve product quality
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Analyze data to identify areas for improving in the quality system
- Management of quality costs
- Operating quality management system, environmental management according to ISO9001 / IATF16949 / ISO14001 and legal requirements
