* Job Responsibilities:
Clients Management :
- Deal with clients in order to manage expectations extremely thorough communication and realistic deadlines and design.
- Conduct strict and detailed audits of each new project
- Review project specifications and contract design drawings to ensure that the Client’s needs are being satisfied.
- Inform and advise the client on their responsibilities and obligations in each development
- Maintain constant and clear communication with the Owner and Design & Build Team, constructor , to ensure meet the clients expectation.
- Follow up the projects timeline ,signing contract & payment term
Team Management:
- Managing the internal Design team in place for managing efficiency and accuracy
- Encouraging designers to use their talents and experience fully to create competitive and unparalleled results
- Managing time to ensure that projects are completed in a quality, yet cost-effective manner
- Ensuring that each project adheres to legislation, standards, and codes of best practice
Project Administration:
- Draft and distribute project meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Monitor and update the Pre-construction internal coordination checklist.
- Create job start sheets, job contact directory, and maintain project documents.
- Establish and maintain the project issues log.
