Production Manager

* Overview:
- Production manager will overview the manufacturing process and run the whole factory operation to meet company target.
- Production manager drivers the whole factory team to make sure the production lines run smoothly and efficiently, cost effective and deliver products on time to meet company target.
* Planning
- Make production planning to achieve company target.
- Make sure material planning made correctly and out weekly for cosumable items, stock item, raw material and send out to purchasing in time.
- Make training plan for worker and team leader.
- Provide plan for equipment maintenance for technical team.
- Planning for production to minimize the waste time.
* Controling
- Monitoring production schedules and adjusting them if problems suit the company development and provide instruction to employees of how to operate correctly.
- Setup the manufacturing standard operation procedures for every process in production department.
- Lead and participate in production and technical meetings in order to follow up production output results including quality issues, wastage redutions and find solutions for improvement.
- Propose/ recommend improvement solutions in re- arranging production process.
- Compose Health and Safety policies, implement in the company.
- Maintain Safety and Clean working enviroment by complying with procedures and company regulations.
- Organize for check, follow-up and control machines/ equipment in good workable condition.
- Follow up and maintaining client auditor, and 5S system in the Factory.
- Key driver in collaborating with materials management, quality management system, engineering and logistics in oder to produce items that are requested according to priority by customer.
- Co-ordinate with all department for smooth operation and countinuous improvement.
* Reporting
- Send report to CFO and CEO to update factory performance, abour Situation, efficiency….

- Graduated from University of Mechanics, Automation, Welding, Economics
- At least 3-5 years experience in prodution manager
- Strong, collaborative, a good presenter and influencer.
- Strong leader ship and problem – solving ability, analytical skills
- Placing importance on morally clean and honestly.
- Logical thinking and explaination capacibility.
- Good communication with subordinates, not misleading or annoying
- Good English skill.
