Production A.supervisor(Japanese Or English)

- Taking responsibility for production target of the factory: productivity, quality of product, safety;
- Control overall and directly related to manpower, machine, quality, time…
- Sustain and improve Production line including: Productivity, Line efficiency, Downtime, etc;
- Implementing and maintaining 5S, Kaizen in the factory;
- Controlling and supervising the application of required rules and mandatory standards of the factory;
- Manage and develop production workforce. Direct coaching technicians and operators to achieve performance standards;
- Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product;
- Follow up production plan, make report;
- Performs activities of supervisor

- University degree; Graduated from Engineering at Hanoi University of Science and Technology or equivalent
- Male: 28~35 years old;
- Minimum 5 years experiences in related position;
- Communication skill in Japanese or English (listening, speaking, writing);
- Good team management skill, communication skill, presentation skill and reporting skill;
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Power point…
- Able to work under pressure and desire to work long term in the company;
