** Position Purpose:
To assist Bancassurance Department in developing and maintaining sale management systems and procedures designed to support sale, within the legislative and guidance structure of the company and departments.
** Principal accountabilities
To be in charge of all admin works
Support and organize workshops and sales seminar on life insurance business for bank’s branches (bank’s staff)
Support to organize sales activities
Support and liaise with banks (partners) to use and control the information system (network) for sales
Act as a liaison with other departments within the company: HR, Accounting …
To monitor performance indicators

** Qualification:
Bachelor degree, major in Business Administration/Economics
** Experience:
At least 2 years of working experience in business support
Experienced in Insurance field/Bancassurance is a plus
** Skills:
Planning, organization skills and ability to work under pressure
Very good communication and problem solving skills;
Ability to manage tasks and time well
Willing to move around
