•Position: Clinical Assistant
•Salary: Negotiable ( min 8 mil )
•Working shift (44 hours/ week )
•Working address: 19 Dang Huu Pho, Thao Dien Ward, Distroct 2, HCMC
MAIN DUTIES:
•Assist Chiropractors, therapists, nurses in communicating with Vietnamese patients
•Translate document from English to Vietnamese.
•Co-ordinate patient flows to assure the smooth transfer between Doctor’s room and other departments
•Maintain patient satisfaction by addressing patients’ feedback, clarifying their concerns and inquiries
•Expand other service at clinic to all patients: detox, skincare, dental, rehab…
•Other task if needed or required by manager

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
•High fluency in spoken and written English
•Professional demeanor and the ability to exercise courtesy and maintain gracious manner with all patients
•Hard-working and attentive attitude
•Multi-tasks execution ability
•Willing to learn more about medical terms
