1.Customer services
Promote Aeon image in excellent customer service by following Aeon Policies, Regulations and Guidelines on Customer Service.
(i.e. Provide customer services by answering customers’ various inquiries on products, promotion schemes, etc. and get a Group Leader if answer doesnt solve the issue.)
2.Cashiering activities
- Scan items in the cash register and ensure pricing is correct.
- Bag, box or wrap purchased items.
- Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
- Count money at the end of each shift and submit to Group Leader.
-Resolve customer complaints in a proactive manner.
3. 5S
Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
4. Rules and Regulations
Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
5.Other duties
Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Group Leader.
