Operation Manager - Quản Lý Điều Hành (Hải Phòng/ Hcm)

* Sea/Air Export
- Ensure that all docs meet export regulation of Sea/Air Freight.
- Arrange details of shipments with Airlines, Shipping Lines, forwarders, carriers as necessary for exports
- Prepare complete set of docs pertaining to export shipping docs

* Sea/Air Import
- Received Pre-Alert from Agent/Customer service, check docs, submit manifest, follow up the shipment, send Arrival notice, release D/O to the customer.
- Update shipment status for customers, and overseas agents.
- Resolve customers and agents claims relating to docs.
- Filling docs properly as per companys procedures
- Ensure all charges and related docs are collected from Customer/Overseas partners/Local agent
- Constant care is required in order to ensure all tasks are carried out timely and correctly
- Other duties assigned by Manager
- Other duties related daily operation & forwarding/logistics
- Report to Manager as required

*** Requirement:
- Education: above full-time university bachelor degree.
- 3-5years proved experiences in Shipping & Logistics at Freight Forwarders or Logistics companies,its essential to have the experience in Site operation at the port includes the D/O exchange, container pickup, port entry, coordination with the carrier and trucking vendors..etc.
- International Transportation(sea & air freight): 3-5years proved experience
- Business ability: excellent expression and communication skills, sharp market insight with the ability to develop business.
- Personal quality:strong responsibility, dedication, hardworking, honest and credible. Able to work under strong pressure and teamwork spirit, sincerity and long-term development of the company.
- English:Fluent, Excellent command of oral and written
- Chinese: will be a plus
- WORKING HOUR: 8:30 am-5:30 pm. Should ensure at least 24 hours per week in office
