• Implement the efficient/appropriate clearance procedure to comply with all the regulatory rules/policy and achieve service objectives
• Deal and negotiate with customs officials during customs clearance and post customs clearance directly on problem shipments.
• Do the Liquidation with Customs.
• Making customs declaration - VNACCS (A11, A12, E21, E42, E52, H11)
• Making weekly report for customs team
• Checking document and making customs declaration for import/export shipments, follow the progress of customs clearance and update to
• customer.
• Contacting to trucking vendors to ask for cost and original invoices, related documents in lift on/ lift off containers.
• Inputing AR to Eilis and send customer invoice to customer for shipments which have not via Hanaro HCM.
• Updating weekly report and monthly report for AP & AR of shipments via Customs Clearance Team.
• Handle air shipment (100% air shipment in urgently and finish cc at night - only Man can support)
• Apply CD revise, tax refund, CD code changing ... to SHTP customs.
• Support to liquidation team for original document return

• Monitor and get the most updated of the Tax/Duty Tariff and circular/decree regarding customs clearance law/regulation.
• Deal and negotiate with customs officials during customs clearance and post customs clearance directly on problem shipments.
• Daily contact with the customs.
• Do the Liquidation with Customs.
• Manage Warehouse and supervise logistic team to perform all warehouse activities which includes Import Materials and Export Finished Goods and all warehouse storage transactions at right cost: pick and pack, deliver the right product to the customer at the right time, to providing the best customer service in ordering/invoicing the right products for the customer.
• Manage all end-to-end transaction including inventory management via WMS, ensuring all the transactions being performed in process and compliance requirement.
• Monitor all the activities in cost related to ensure all the activities to be paid correctly with all required compliance of supporting documents and within given budget.

• Experience in customs clearance at least 2 years.
• Experience with Foreign Companies, i.e. Consumer Electronics Company. (Samsung, LG)
• Knowledge of Samsung Electronics’ Logistic Process (customs clearance) will be highly preferred.
• College major in foreign trade or customs.
• English for communication well and fluently
• Work well with Microsoft office programs, i.e. Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to work under high pressure from the big customer.
• Understanding about customs procedure, customs law.
• Can use Vnaccs system for customs declaration.
• Male or female are not importance.
