Conduct all the maintenance tasks at centre to make sure all facilities [ie. Building, classrooms, tools, equipments, etc…] under good condition as assigned
Follow the maintenance schedule to conduct the daily check of major equipments [ie. generator, chiller, PABX, lifts, etc…] for promptly conducting of correction and prevention tasks
Support in organising the events and related department issues [ie. Banners/Poster hanging of MRK & OSC]
Involve in conducting or monitoring the daily activities and projects on request
Follow other task from PM and Property Executive

Qualifications
College/University Degree
Experiences in Technical field [ie. Electricity, Water, Chiller, PABX, Construction, etc…], Administration and Office Management
