* General job description/Mô tả công việc chung:
- Research and develop new products as required by the board of directors, sales department and meet the expectations of customers/Nghiên cứu phát triển sản phẩm mới theo yêu cầu ban giám đốc, phòng kinh doanh và đáp ứng sự mong đợi từ bên khách hàng.
- Organize the implementation and testing of product quality in our department/Tổ chức việc thực hiện và kiểm tra thử nghiệm về chất lượng sản phẩm trong phạm vi bộ phận mình.
- Inspect the quality of input materials, semi-finished products, finished products from the production department/Thực hiện việc kiểm tra chất lượng nguyên vật liệu đầu vào, bán thành phẩm, thành phẩm từ bộ phận sản xuất gửi vào.
- Carry out the analysis of the specifications of Lab coating/Thực hiện việc phân tích các thông số kỹ thuật của Lab sơn phủ.
- Provide product safety and quality certificates to customers/Cung cấp giấy chứng nhận an toàn sản phẩm, giấy chứng nhận chất lượng cho khách hàng.
- Carry out the sample weighing less than 5kg sent to the customer/Thực hiện việc tạo mẫu có trọng lượng dưới 5kg gửi cho khách hàng.
- Carry out customer care, solve any questions, problems that are related to quality/Thực hiện việc chăm sóc khách hàng, giải quyết mọi thắc mắc, sự cố mà có liên quan đến chất lượng.
- When the production department request, then the Lab coating department will proceed to the Production Procedure Coating form to carry out the production under the requirement/Khi có giấy đề nghị của bộ phận sản xuất thì bộ phận Lab sơn phủ sẽ tiến hành ra phiếu Phương Pháp Sản Xuất Sơn Phủ để thực hiện việc sản xuất theo yêu cầu.
* Main Job/Công việc chính:
- Inspect the quality of input materials, semi-finished products, finished products from the production department/Thực hiện việc kiểm tra chất lượng nguyên vật liệu đầu vào, bán thành phẩm, thành phẩm từ bộ phận sản xuất gửi vào.
- Research and testing new products follow instrucion by supervisor/Nghiên cứu phát triển sản phẩm mới theo chỉ đạo từ trưởng bộ phận.
- Check new materials follow instrucion by supervisor/Kiểm tra các nguyên liệu mới theo sự phân công của trưởng bộ phận.
- Provide quality certificates to customers/Làm tài liệu thông tin cho sản phẩm: giấy chứng nhận phân tích cho khách hàng.
- Check the defect products of customer (when needed) following instrucion by supervisor/Xử lý các lỗi phát sinh của khách hàng (khi cần) theo chỉ đạo của trưởng bộ phận.
- When the production department request, QC will carry out the Production Procedure coating under the requirement/Ra quy trình sản xuất sản phẩm theo yêu cầu từ bộ phận sản xuất.
- Carry out the sample weighing less than 5kg sent to the customer/Làm mẫu <5kg gửi khách hàng.
* Authority/Quyền hạn:
- Carry out the sample weighing less than 2kg sent to the customer/Thực hiện việc tạo mẫu có trọng lượng dưới 2kg gửi cho khách hàng.
- Decide to treat the disqualified products in authority/Quyết định xử lý sản phẩm không phù hợp trong phạm vi cho phép.
- Request to supervisor when finding any defect in testing products/Đề xuất với trưởng bộ phận nếu thấy chất lượng sản phẩm không đạt.

- English speaking
- Experience with QC for coatings (also paints or inks)
- Chemical or other relevant university
- Understanding of raw materials for coatings
- Characteristics: responsible, hard working, precise, eager to learn
