Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

- Ensure machinery and equipment work well.
- Analysis of causes of damage, troubleshooting, reduce downtime.
- Supervise, instruct technicians to repair and handle when incidents occur.
- Install / adjust the specifications of machinery and equipment in accordance with the requirements of production.
- Ensuring the maintenance and repair work is completed in accordance with the schedule, technical requirements and safety standards.
- Quick response to emergencies, incidents to minimize downtime.
- Make detailed maintenance plan, calculate materials, equipment, spare parts needed for maintenance and repair.
- Perform periodic inspections of machinery and equipment if necessary

* Working time: From 8: 00-16: 45, from Monday to Friday and 2 Saturday (8:00 - 12:00) / month

- Graduated university
- Major: Mechanic
- At least 5-years experience at the same position
- Experienced in processing steel structures (priority)
- Knowledge about TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
- Experienced production line maintenance is an advantage
- Good in Excel, Word, Auto CAD
- Contractor supervision skills
- English in good conversation.
