PURPOSE OF ROLE
Contribute to the Hotel launch and growth by generating, driving & delivering the Marketing strategy through, innovative sales support, partnership, events and the entire activation plan development. The Marketing Manager executes marketing tactics supporting the hotel and is responsible for coordinating, implementing and managing marketing programs and events that uphold the corporate image and property identity.
KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Implementation of the Marketing plan
• Execution of the Marketing tactics : creation of the Marketing Action Plan
• Development of the notoriety of Avana : handling social media, public relation efforts (Press and Influencer), and content marketing.
• Manage the Website development: from the creation (design, development, maintenance) to the performance (SEO, SEM, Paid social)
• Build customer relationship : loyalty program for repeater clients
• Develop of a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Support the sales and lead generation efforts.
• Manage annual marketing activation plan and calendar focused on driving business into low & shoulder seasons while enhancing the guest experience during peak seasons
• Understand and develop budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
2. Market intelligence
• Ensure markets operational excellence by sharing information and best practice and following up the execution at market level
• Understand and integrate in any proposed action a full understanding of consumers behaviors in different markets
• Exploring markets trends and competitors strategies to gain competitive advantage
3. Development of the Marketing team
• To recruit manage, coach and motivate the marketing team by being able to prioritize their workload and offer ongoing development opportunities
• Responsible for maintaining the brand values of Avana.
• Guarantee the consistency of all the materials developed for the promotion of the hotel.
