* Control/ manage customer service operation;
- Daily control operation issue of customer service
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Control the whole process (activity, budget, resources,..).
- Lead implementation & follow up those activities,
* Evaluate current situation, build up improvement process to improve Service to customer productivity and cooperate with other partners:
- Work and cooperate with Carriers, vendors, agents for setting up basic process and transfer to cs team.
- Analyze productivity to build development plan.
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate growth
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards
- Coordinate with internal/external partners to implement process & system improvement.
* Develop capability for team:
- Align with director on development plan
- Team coaching on professional skills, system & processes
- Job training to ensure smoothly & effective operation
