In order to keep up with its dynamic development, Répertoire Culinaire Vietnam is looking for a seasoned logistics expert to join its team as National Logistics Manager.
MISSIONS INCLUDE
- Managing all warehouses across Vietnam (5) including main hub based in Ho Chi Minh.
- Plannning, developping and implementing in strong collaboration with the Supply Chain manager and the General Manager, an efficient logistics system based on best in class international standard operating procedures for in-bound, storage and out-bound traffic flows.
- Managing and training the picking and delivery teams across Vietnam to make sure the company achieves best in class customer service.
- Promoting continuous improvement across national operations by implementing periodic strategic reviews with recommendations.
- Managing the successful implementation of the ERP system on a national level.
- Keep stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements. Reconcile monthly inventory reports.
- Implementing standard operations process in order to reduce costs, safety risks and increase productivity.
- Responsible for maintaining all company’s assets (vans and warehouses) at a satisfying level.
- Building safety awareness among staff.
- Setting up intelligent routing, scheduling, staff productivity for deliveries.
- Forecasting logistics budget in colloboration with management team.
