- To be responsible for the overall supply chain management, organise and monitor the storage and distribution of goods

- Strategically planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
Lên kế hoạch và quản lý chiến lược về giao nhận, kho bãi, việc vận chuyển và dịch vụ khách hàng
- Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
Chỉ đạo, tối ưu hóa và điều phối chu trình đặt hàng đầy đủ
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers .
Giữ liên lạc và đàm phán với những nhà cung cấp, nhà sản xuất, nhà bán lẻ và người tiêu dung.
- Manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction
Quản lý toàn bộ chu trình đặt hàng nhăm thúc đẩy phát triển kinh doanh và đảm bảo tính bền vững và sự hài long của khách hàng.
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
Kiểm soát chất lượng, số lượng, mức tồn kho, thời gian giao hàng, chi phí vận chuyển và hiệu quả.
- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
Bố trí kho bãi, danh mục hàng hóa, lên kế hoạch tuyến đường và quá trình giao hàng.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
Giải quyết những vấn đề phát sinh và khiếu nại
- Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
- Meet cost, productivity-, accuracy and timeliness targets
Đáp ứng mục tiêu về giá, năng suất, sự chính xác và kịp thời.
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
Duy trì về số liệu và phân tích dữ liệu để đánh giá hiệu quả làm việc và tiến hành cải tiến.
- Comply with laws, regulations and requirements
Tuân thủ luật, những quy định và các yêu cầu

- Graduate in Foreign Trade with 2 year experience in Import – Export role in manufacturing company.
Tốt nghiệm đaih học ngoại thương có 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm xuất nhập khẩu cho nhà máy sản xuất.
- Knowledge of local government & international law & procedures for international trade, Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits issued by International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Customs Act, Import / Export Policy, Harmonised System (HS) Coding etc.
Có kiến thức, hiểu biết về luật trong nước và luật quốc tế và các thủ tục thương mại quốc tế, hải quan và có hiểu biết thực tế về tín dụng thư được ban hành bởi phòng Thương mại Quốc tế, luật hải quan, chính sách xuất nhập khẩu.
- Good communication in English.

- Good communication skills as the Job Holder will need to communicate regularly with external/internal parties.
