* Main jobs
- To set up and carry out a Leasing Plan to meet the yearly budget targets.
- Be responsible for all leasing functions, which may include identifying tenants, reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.
- Manage and direct the daily activities of leasing team in accordance with company policies and standards.
- Oversee completion of all necessary paperwork in a timely fashion and ensure professional customer service.
- To supervise the team so that staff have motivation and training to the required level of performance.
* Other tasks
- Implement related tasks as required by BOD and Deputy Property Director.

- High pressure in work, may face challenging economic situations, must be friendly, patient, flexible and persuasive in difficult situations, understand the legal framework of leasing and documentation, reading and negotiation.
