Lean Manufacturing Executive

Developing and implementing an action plan for lean process improvement.
Working with management to identify, develop and implement continuous improvement projects, cost reductions, product quality enhancements, and process effectiveness improvement.
Evaluate lean tools and activities including 5S, Value Stream Mapping, TPM, OEE, Cell Layout and Line Balancing, Kanban systems and Kaizen events.
Provide support in developing and maintaining metrics and performance indicators and documenting linkages between lean implementation and operational process improvements.
Design new layout for new model and collect data (cutting, sewing, Presentation, packing)
Collec the cycle time and make the Process Annalysis
Work and improve at the shop floor.
Find out and solve the problem.
Give the ideas and do Kaizen at the shop foor.

Graduated from College or University of Industrial Engineer, Industrial Management, Chemical, Electrical Engineer, English, Mechanics, Computer Science, or Automation major. ( Or Any Major)
Good command in English.
Good command in Computer.
Knowledge Lean process improvement
Prioritize to candidates have experience in Garment industry.
