Labor Compliance - Incharge / Specialist

Take care internal audi, supplier audit and follow corrective action plan
Take care training activities including policy & procedure training for factories and training for developing skill for labor team
Control OT accumulation of the factories
Be responsible for SA800 system of the company
Take care regular dialogue meeting
Review and update policies and procedure of the company
Support and prepare the logistic work of the team
Other related labor compliance from Manager
