* JOB OVERVIEW

- Supervise younger Guests of the Hotel through preparing and delivering innovative, safe activities which keep them content and amused.

* DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Clean and maintain the Kids Club facilities in a neat and tidy order

- Complete special instructions concerning work sheets and correctly record when the work has been completed

- Assist in promoting the Kids Club Activity Program in accordance with your Manager

- When opportunities arise, introduce yourself to hotel guests with children who might be interested in using the Kids Club and explain the Club’s facilities and services

- Maintain and control supplies and tools of the Kids Club, conducing regular spot checks for the working of toys etc

- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

- Able to read and write English

* Qualifications

- High School or Vocational Certificate in Child Care Management or Child Care Services or equivalent

* Experience

- 1 year related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort is located in the Sơn Trà Peninsula of Da Nang, which is also known as Monkey Mountain.
