- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Prepare product or service reports
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls/emails
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Deal with internal departments or agents for track and trace the shipments from the start unto the end
- Sell products and services where possible
- Input data into internal systems on daily basis
- Do billing to customers, agents on timely and follow up the billing until the payment is completed
- 2-3 years experienced in the same position
- Good English
