Japanese Teachers Part Time

•High teaching quality and teaching efficiency (minimum 10 hours of teaching / week):
oEnsuring students meet IZUMI standard requirement for result and being interested and engaged in their learning.
oPositive feedbacks for teaching quality (from Board, GM, CM, Parents and Students).
oDo best effort to meet teaching efficiency by creating an instructional environment that is conducive to the intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development of students.
oMeet and instructs assigned classes at creative designated teaching method with use of visual communication, activities.
oDeliver excellent motivation and P.A.S method in class.
•Highest retention rate / Lowest resign rate: ensuring the quality of teaching job and customer satisfaction to minimize resign ratio (limited at 5%/class of 12 weeks).
•Customer satisfaction:
oTaking care carefully of every customer of IZUMI (from Potential-Student to Current Student) to achieve 95% of satisfaction to IZUMI product and service.
oContribute ideas and suggestions to increase customer service and teaching quality of IZUMI
oOn-time and accurate report and Admin jobs.
oBeing punctual all the time.
oProfessional attitude to represent for IZUMI images.
•Report and admin.
•Other tasks assigned by Line manager.

•University graduate, Japan related major or Japanese is plus.
•Japanese N3 Level a must.
•Background and knowledge about education or having 1 year of working as teacher or doing teaching job before.
•Love working with children, having ability of children motivation.
•Good dealing with complaints and feedbacks, proactive problem solving.
•Calm, creative, professional attitude, punctual and high discipline people.
•Good communication, excellent team player.
•Fast learning and understanding; Good handle multiple assignments effectively at one time.
•High responsibility and honesty.
•Good English skills
•Working time: minimum 10 hours of teaching / week (it can be flexible under the agreement).
•Location: IZUMI centers required by the company (Phu Nhuan, Go Vap, District 2).
