• Support local IT to check and fix printer, cable, Video conference, and support bank staff followed by Local IT instruction…
• End of day, each OSW (outsource service worker) must send an email to management the inventory of computers were delivered to bank staffs
• Inventory Excel sheet include: Computer name, user name, bank ID, service tag, computer gather time / date, computer return time / date, PIC / Full Name , computer signoff (Yes / No), Remark

• Experience with Window, Microsoft Office
• Setup / Upgrade Windows 10 follow bank staff instruction and make appointment with user to deliver computer when done
• Use system software center to deploy application / patches into staff computers (training is added for supporting this)
• Provide some instructions on how to use Windows 10 / MS Office / email archive…when delivery computers
• At least 12 computers will be delivered by 4 OSW (outsource service worker) per day
• Data must be backup and copy over from old machine to new machine: verified by bank staff / local IT
• Computer signoff after deliver 3 days (follow up)
• Can go to work immediately is a priority
