Indirect Purchasing Trainee (For Mro System)

** Be a member of Global Procurement Division of Panasonic Vietnam (Country headquarter) supporting indirect purchasing jobs for Panasonic Factories, both local and overseas that are in line with group objectives and Panasonic global procurement standards.
Responsibilities are briefly as follows:
- Supporting to collect and summarize quotation, document and registration from suppliers
- Supporting to prepare documents for filling Application for purchasing system.
- Seeking and evaluating potential supplier for projects
- Supporting user and supplier about MRO system know-how
- Following and checking process of indirect purchasing transaction

* REQUIREMENTS:
- Willing to work in Thang Long Industrial Park (company bus available)
- Excellent at MS Office Application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Highly self- disciplined, good sense of responsibility
- Hard- working, careful, detail- oriented and able to work under high pressure
* EDUCATION:
- Senior or fresh graduated student from college or university in Economics
- Can communicate in English
