*Import & Export:
-To arrange Import/Export documents and tracking customs procedure
-To keep contact with customer/supplier/forwarder to solve trouble happen
-To control purchasing, import/export documents
-Update law and prescription regarding customs procedure
-Maintain production norm register with customs, register import part list and make balance report with customs office.
*Trading Management:
-Performing transactions, negotiation, signing contracts with customers and suppliers ...
-Completing the procedures and documents of import and export goods such as purchase contract, transportation documents, import export documents, payment procedures, goods delivery and receipt procedures.
-Managing, tracking the orders, contracts. Coordinating with related departments to ensure timely delivery as well as receipt.
