A. Recruitment
- Do recruitment upon request, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Manage HR service agencies to expand candidate sources
B. Training
- Plan, Do, Check and Improve annual training plan
- Build up policy, regulation on training
- Prepare syllabus, training material and also be an internal trainer
- Lead and develop internal trainers
C. Other tasks
- Usually update and report line manager on regulations, laws related to in charged tasks.
- Make and control budget of in charged tasks
- Make and update internal policies related to in charged tasks
- Filing and saving all documents carefully
- Report employees relationship that affects to employee morale and productivity to HR Manager
- Other tasks as assigned by Human Resources Manager
