A - HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
1. Guide and manage the overall functions of Human Resources:
• Recruitment and staffing (benchmark survey for recruitment & retention scheme support)
• Salary & Performance review
• Labor relations, employee separation
• Implementation of policies and various employee programs (orientation, training program, leadership development & succession planning)
• Organizational restructure & development where required
2. Promote Company culture/core values
3. Play a critical role in change management
B- ADMIN TASKS
1. Legal compliance and corporate affairs:
• Complying business licenses/permits with the laws (food hygiene, parking, wine retail, fire prevention...)
• Manage/supervise the application of work permit, residence card/visa for expatriate (if any)
• Ensure HR reports are completed in a timely manner
• Represent General Manager during authoritys inspections when required
• Maintain good relationship with local authorities to ensure the smooth running of operations
2. Building management
• Manage the overall service of office rental, including reception, virtual office, retail spaces for rent
• Ensure all vacant spaces are fill and tenants are satisfied at all times
• Work closely with security and engineering team for related issues like firefighting & prevention, maintenance, renovation
• Work with cleaning service supplier, pest-control supplier to ensure highest service quality on-site
