1/ Manage company recruitment
2/ Manage internal training (regulations, procedures and systems of the company) and training activities (in terms of procedures, documents and records under each training program) according to the Companys programs
3/ Manage profiles and records of company’s staff, coordinators and experts
4/ Human Resource management: salary, social welfare and staff evaluation
5/ Perform administrative work: staff’s time-recording, manage stationeries, deliver office
letters, manage the Companys seal and holding monthly/quarterly/annual meetings
6/ Schedule Director’s and staff’s business trips and guest visits as planned
7/ Support the implementation of procedures, documents, records and activities of the Company’s projects
8/ English translate & Interpret, host international clients
9/ Develop work plans of the department, individual to meet the common goals of the company
10/ Do report monthly, 6-month based, yearly
11/ Manage all administrative activities - human resources to ensure efficiency is maintained and improved
