1. Responsible for attendance report, OT registration and control all kind of leaves of all employees.
2. Resolve issues related to labor relations (working discipline, remunerative, update birthday, holiday, maternity….). Make statistical reports by monthly, quarterly, yearly.
3. Arrange interview when receive request from superiors.
4. Screen candidates CVs, contact to invite interview.
5. Manage recruitment data, candidate’s information, assessment after interview, experiences, education, major, and salary information.
6. Prepare training agreement to all new comer, extend Labor contract for all Direct group.
7. Being in charge of all documents for expatriate likes: work permit, passport & visa, temporary residence card, labor contract report.
8. Other tasks related Administration or HR as required by the management.
