- Managing, operating, controlling and monitoring all activities relating to HR/CSR
- Driectly working with the BOD to solve related problem
- Building up & revising rules in operating ERP system (belong to salary, insurance,...)
- Working with Auditors from authorities, customers
- Making sure that all procedures for issuing work permit & residence card on time
- Making sure that the company comply with legal law and specific standards of customer (both on HR and CSR area)
- Working with and operating HR/CSR team.
