HRBP cum. HR Manager is responsible for the deployment and management of HR for companies in charge. Perform periodic reports directly management. Responsible for the security of the information you hold.
* ACTIVITIES
HR Strategy Partner
- Propose ideas to improve strategies, policies and human resource management processes.
- Support and advise the Department Directors in human resource management, training, recruitment, promotion, discipline,...
- Advise the Company to restructure the organizational structure of the Department(s) in accordance with each stage of development
- Develop HR management processes and policies
Staffing
- Develop recruitment data, candidate pool, recruitment tools, communication channels…
- Implement and manage the implementation of the recruitment process of the group
- Implement and manage the implementation of salary policies in the departments when signing labor contracts
- Plan and strictly control the staffing of each division based on standard personnel structure, approved salary fund
Compensation & Benefits
- Control the accuracy of salary payment
- Develop and improve reporting systems and timekeeping tools when needed
- Analyze reports, make appropriate plans and orientations for the needs of the group
- Monitor monthly health insurance, organizing annual health check for employees
- Build, deploy, complete annual reward evaluation campaign, communication assessment process
- Solve questions for employees related to welfare regime according to the companys policy
- Coordinate departments to carry out major events: seniority ceremony, year end party ...
Labor relations
- Update and implemente in accordance with the Companys policies, regulations and processes
- Support and consult Partners to deal with special cases
- Develop training plan, guide Human Resources Specialists on Labor Law, skills and operations in disciplining
- Synthesise and analyse of disciplinary cases, exit interviews
Training and developing
- Develop and implement plans for evaluation, training and staff development
- Deploy and monitor the implementation of the process of receiving new employees at the departments
- Implement and organize training courses on Labor Law and HR policies for the Company
- Supervision of employee transfer, promotion process (position, seniority, salary, bonus, aspirations)
Develop and provide periodic / extraordinary reports for managing levels and related departments
Team management
- Measure workload, arrange personnel for suitable positions to ensure efficiency and highest labor productivity
- Ensure coordination, training (training, promotion, management), and the development of the group
- Maintain the role of ensuring information flow
Other HR tasks
- Implement and control the implementation of policies and personnel processes within the company
- Implement and control visa, work permit, temporary residence card process for foreign officials (if there are foreign workers)
- Manage personel documents, company documents related to HR
- Ensure and control the implementation of labor regulations and collective labor agreements.
- Update, manage and ensure the accuracy of personnel data in HR information systems and in personnel data
- Control of uniform management and work tools for employees (if any)
- Implement and ensure the communication related to personnel
- Develop and implement together projects of HR
- Other tasks required by management at all levels
