*Description:
- Manage all HR related functions: recruitment, training plan, C&B, etc
- Monitor to ensure all associates join social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance at the time and follow the regulations.
- Identify and build the Companys culture so that it supports the attainment of the Companys goals and promotes employee satisfaction
- Prepare C&B planning & analysis reports in monthly, quarterly, yearly
- Manage HR information system/ database
- Carry out HR process: discipline, promotion, Org – Chart update, and other HR transactions implementation
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demand, grievances and other issues
- Promoting cooperate value and productive workplace and a positive working environment. And support other departments for human resource
- Ensure HR’s policies are well developed, recommended and implemented in accordance with the Company’s vision, mission and strategies as well as applicable Labor law.
- Continuous improvement Projects/Activities related to HR or follow a request by Branch Director
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Responsible for Yearly Performance Appraisal, salary, promotion, bonus under Branch Director
- Work with union to solve the labour conflict
- Maintain and control good working environment.
- Give the suggestion on labour policies accordance with labour code
- Be the representative in coordinate with the Ministries solve the related works in HR Personnel and Administration (such as Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs; Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Immigration Department; Accounts Payable Department; Social Insurance Department…).
