* Working requirements:
1. Payroll
- Check attendance, work closely with other department to fix data
- Calculate payroll, PIT, insurance and make sure data correctly
2. Recruitment
-Process recruitment with recruitment request.
- Check CV and select suitable candidate for each position
3. Labor contract
- Make labor contract for new staff.
- Make annex to labor contract, contract renewal.
- Follow probation time and labor contract’s expiration to process evaluation on time
- Ensure labor contract, renewal contract and annex to labor contract are given to employees on time.
- Have good knowledge of Labor Law, insurance law
4. Social insurance, medical insurance
- Prepare and submit insurance form, follow up payment for insurance for staff monthly
- Meeting social management in case the data is not correct
