- Manage daily attendance tracking and monthly payroll calculation;
- Be responsible for Social Insurance, dependent registration, PIT registration and resolving policies for employees in accordance with state regulations;
- Develop HR’s policies system and general regulations of the company in accordance with the current law
- Performing general administrative tasks including office stationery, preparing meal fee for staffs working overtime, etc
- Make plan and Organize internal event like company trip, Parties, etc.
- Support daily recruitment activities: prepare content to advertise job, update CVs on candidates database, make interview arrangement;
- Implementing other assigned tasks.
