- Receive recruitment requests from HR department and other departments
- Search and screen CVs on various recruitment channels to select qualified candidates for recruitment requestments. Schedules and organizes interviews
- Following new employees during probation period, archive evaluating result
- Conduct induction program for new comers about regulations and policies of the company
- Follow up yearly training plan and organize in doors and out doors training
- Prepare application file, visa procedures for workers to train in Japan

- To work from Monday to Saturday.
- Off 2 Saturdays/month
