<RECRUITMENT>
- Join directly together with teammate in daily tasks such as searching CVs, arranging the interview schedules, etc.,
- Undertake recruitment reports
- Strongly grasp company recruitment status, be able to give out great ideas for recruitment, recommend ways to improve our employer brand, internal recruitment procedure
- Implement good sourcing methods- Build networks to find qualified candidates.- Maintain the candidate database- Participate in job fairs and career events
- Communicate in English with foreign candidates & headhunters.
- Translate & Interpret for all related to recruitment
- Other assigned tasks
<ADMIN >
- Make plan for all company parties, travel, health-check, other events and support for organizing them successfully.
- Make plan to check and manage stationeries, medicines, … stock inventory periodically.
- Assist foreign employees in finding accommodation and other services.
- Listen to employees’ ideas, thoughts, report to Leader;
- Follow auspicious and inauspicious occasions.
- Support on-board (orientation, take new comers to company tour, etc.,) and hand-over procedure
- Ensure office environment clean, tidy, fully-equipped- Other Admin tasks
