JOB DESCRIPTION
The Human Resources and Administration Manager is responsible for providing high quality and professional expertise in Human Resources to ensure that HR functions proactively and enables and supports the achievement of Harbour Logistics company s operation objectives. These involve employment, manpower planning and managing, employee movement, benefits and compensation, labor relations, personnel administration, training and development. This position is also responsible for the overall execution & management of Admin and Procurement activities related to site operations:

MAJOR CHALLENGES
- Drive for results and manage time efficiently and effectively, especially when controlling multiple jobs at the same time independently
- Finding the right candidates with good conduct/behavior for operations
- Being steadfast to improve and maintain employees and contractor staff s disciplinary spirit in the regulations and policies of the company, particularly on safety
- Communicate, negotiate effectively with all kinds of local people, authorities to get the best result/ solution for company without damaging relationships.
- Manage people cost/budget effectively
