- Design and implement marketing strategies help Vexere achieve goals (ROI and KPIs) with limited resources and budget
- Lead a 10-people marketing team to execute marketing activities: Brand (Branding, PR, Partnership, Event), Digital (SEO, ASO, Google Analytics, Webmaster Tool, Firebase, FB, Adword, Email marketing, blog) and Campaign (Customer Journey, Promotion, Loyalty programs).
- Be in charge of marketing for B2C products such as VeXeRe web and apps, B2B products such as Bus Management System for bus companies and Agent Management System for travel agents
- Research and analyze customer behaviors (Vietnamese and international travelers), market conditions, competitors and potential strategic partner relationships
- Collaborate and ensure alignment with both internal and external stakeholders - within marketing and cross-departments (Product, Customer Service, Account Management) to deliver good customer experience
- Have comprehensive understanding of the marketing channels, customer lifecycle (acquisition, engagement and retention), customer journey, funnel usage, reach and media consumption opportunities, brand performance and market share
- Drive traffic, track conversion rates, measure performance and prioritize marketing initiatives to achieve the business growth
- Be responsible for hiring, setting KPIs, talent development, performance appraisals, feedback and motivation management for marketing team
- Plan and control budgets of all online and offline marketing activities
