General Manager For Pediatric Clinic

- Support the GD/BOD manager to set up the clinic: recruit/ build/structure teams (HR, operation, customer service, accounting…), build working/operation policies, procedures and standards…
- Work with the local authorities in terms sub-license or other legal issues relevant to the clinic’s operation
- Liaise & support Marketing & Business development team/managers
- Liaise with the medical department (chief nurse, doctor,…) to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic
- Report directly to GD/BOD
- Working location: Ho Chi Minh City at the beginning.
* Salary: Negotiable

* Requirements:
- Minium 5-6 years at operational management role in medical clinics, or general hospitals (preferrably in pediatrics) in Vietnam.
- Ideally from 33 – 40 years old 
- Good understanding, knowledge, experiences of how the clinics/hospital operate; also the consumer insights/behaviors/habits of clienst in Vietnam markets
- Good experiences in establishing an entirely new clinics/medical centers from the scratch.
- Good communication in both English and Vietnamese
- Good people management, leadership, organization, partnership skills.
- Responsible, devoted, willing to serve a start-up
