Export Sales Executive - Plastics Packaging (Japanese N2)

* JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Selling plastic bags to Japan
- Searching new customers in Japanese Plastics Packaging market
- To maintain current sales network in Japan
- Developing and enhance relationship with existing and new customers.
- Prepare and be in charge of the whole sales process.
- Be responsible for export – import process.
- Make sure daily/ weekly/ monthly report to head office on time,
- Contact manufacturing department to place order
- Prepare marketing events (exhibition, meeting customers)
- Other tasks assigned by managers

* WORKING TIME & LOCATION:
- Working time: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Monday to Saturday morning, lunch time: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
- Working location: 7th floor, Hong Ha Building, 37 Ngo Quyen Str, Hoan Kiem dist, Ha Noi

- 1 years experience working as sales executive
- Experienced in plastics industry and plastic packaging is preferred
- Experienced working with Japanese customers and market is preferred
- Export – Import knowledge and experiences
- Fluent in Japanese (at least N2)
- Knowing English or Vietnamese is a plus
- To be Vietnamese or Japanese
- Sales skill
- Communication skill
- Customer relationship management
