Executive Assistant - Board Of Directors (Trợ Lý Ban Tổng Giám Ðốc)

Competitive Salary & Benefits (600 – 800 $/month)
KEY DUTIES
a. Support for the Board of Directors about internal affairs.
+ Meeting arrangement; Secretary for the meeting.
+ Following and speed up the departments to implement the work at the request of the Board of Directors;
b. Translation of English-Vietnamese documents; compilation of official documents and documents under the direction of the Board of Directors;
c. Coordinate with HR Department to monitor the level of work completion of of Staffs.
d. Arrange and remind the work schedule, meeting schedule, business trips, meetings of the Board of Directors (including: preparing documents, preparing meeting rooms, booking air tickets, hotels for the Board of Directors...)
e. Supporting the General Director in coordinating work with the outside, urging and monitoring projects and training programs; report progress on implementing projects.

- Female over 30 years old, nice appearance;
- Bachelor degree, related to major in English, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing;
- Excellent at MS Office;
- Honest, flexible, eager to learn, with a high sense of responsibility;
- Fluent English, good communication;
- Ability to work independently, arrange logic work and be able to organize meetings as well;
- Priority candidates with experience involve in assistant, project manager, human resource manager.
