* New System Installation:
- Coordinate and conduct dosing system pre-installation site survey with Regional Engineer and Sales Manager.
- Followup with local contractor to get quotation for local system installation, commissioning.
- Upon completion of installation, conduct system handling over and system operation/maintenances training to feedmill customer and operator.
- Do reporting at ACE the progress/status of visit/installation at each feedmill.
* System maintenances and services:
- Conduct routine system checking, maintenances, servicing, calibration and cleaning.
- Do reporting at ACE the progress/status of visit/maintenances at each feedmill.
- Help to source for alternative good quality, cost effective, reliable spare parts from local supplier.
- Do housekeeping and stock checks of the spare parts in the office.
- Do monthly reporting of the expenses incurred for each customer for maintenance and services to management.
- Proper cleaning and maintenance of working tools and Safety PPE.
- Do planning for monthly schedule maintenances visit to the feedmill.
