Ecommerce/web Application Project Manager

Can you read, write and speak English and Japanese? WiseRobot is looking for a new team member! The right candidate will be a positive, energetic project manager with experience managing end to end ecommerce or large custom web application builds. This individual will help manage the workflow of our designers and developers, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget. This project manager will report to the head of our departments and our CEO. It is key that the individual understand the demands of the agency role, and has the organizational skills to ensure they are met.

English speaking is a requirement, any other language a bonus especially Japanese or Chinese ( Mandarin or Cantonese )
2-5 years of project management at a digital agency or ecommerce merchant or similar 1+ year of experience in IT or Web project management
An understanding of web design and development processes
Experience managing end to end web site builds or technical programming projects Experience producing project time estimates, developing project timelines, and tracking progress.
Ability to set, manage, and meet client expectations
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Experience using project management systems (SCRUM), and Google analytics are a plus
Understanding of system integration work is a plus (e.g. 3PL, ERP, POS, CRM, extensions/plugins, API connections etc.)
