1. TEAMMATES TRAINING
- Supervise, advice, train and instruct recruitment section staff and all other departments teammates on recruitment skill, knowledge and hiring methods in order to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their recruitment and selections accountability to the required standards.

2. RECRUITMENT MANAGEMENT
- Develop and oversee the implementation of companys recruitment strategy.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of all necessary systems and procedures.
- Interview potential candidates and appoint staff in consultation with the appropriate interviewer in relevant departments.
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in the fields of recruitment and selection.
- In order to ensure that staffing needs are met and recruitment and selection processes operate effectively with expected results.

3. EMPLOYER BRANDING
- Supervise processes of all employer branding activities including but not limited to placing of advertisements for all internal and external vacancies.

4. COMPLIANCE / FRAUD CONDUCT
- Implement and comply with compliance, fraud, corruption corrective and preventive policies from Company in order to ensure the company have zero recruitment compliance violation, zero corruption.

- Zero Corruption, Zero Suspicious gossip
5. BUDGET
- Direct, control the preparation and maintenance of the budget in order to ensure budgets are met in accordance with companys annual business plan.

6. SAFETY MANAGEMENT
- Control and implement any necessary policies and procedures related to health, safety, 3S including fire-fighting within recruitment department
